Core to Floor Therapy in Bellbrook, OH — Emsella + Emsculpt Neo

Core to Floor Therapy is our signature pairing of two FDA-cleared technologies in one coordinated plan: Emsella strengthens the pelvic floor, and Emsculpt Neo rebuilds the core. Together they restore the foundation — from the inside out, without surgery.

Who Core to Floor Therapy is for

Clients recovering after childbirth. Women and men dealing with core weakness, leaks when laughing or lifting, or a midsection that won’t respond to exercise. Anyone told surgery is the only option — who wants a non-surgical path first. Clients rehabbing who’ve plateaued in physical therapy and want to amplify their results.

How it works

Emsella uses HIFEM technology to deliver thousands of supramaximal pelvic floor contractions in a single fully-clothed 28-minute session — the deep muscle fibers a standard Kegel can’t reach. Emsculpt Neo pairs HIFEM muscle building with radiofrequency fat reduction across the core — building muscle while treating the fat above it. Paired on one plan, they rebuild strength, control, and confidence from the inside out.

Why NP-led matters for core to floor therapy

Core and pelvic floor care is medical care. Dr. Kam Rider, DNP, brings a bedside ICU and cardiology background — she understands the body as a system, not a menu of services. Your plan is designed, delivered, and tracked by a doctorally-prepared nurse practitioner.

Core to floor therapy FAQ

Is core to floor therapy a replacement for physical therapy?

No — it’s a complement. Many clients come to us while in physical therapy or after plateauing. The technology reaches deep muscle fibers that voluntary exercise can’t, amplifying the work you’re already doing. We coordinate with your PT when applicable.

Does insurance cover core to floor therapy?

Our treatments are elective and self-pay; we do not bill insurance. We offer payment plans and will walk through options at your consultation.

How do I know if I need Emsella, Emsculpt Neo, or both?

That’s exactly what the consultation determines. Leaks and pelvic weakness point to Emsella. Core weakness and stubborn midsection point to Emsculpt Neo. Many clients need both — that’s the core to floor plan.
